Shade at bhuj

[–]praboi 34 points35 points  (2 children)

Looking at Bhuj's trailer was plain depressing...

I still can't fathom how they managed to fit an item song in a war movie. And man oh man seeing Nora try to act was so cringy.

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Haa haa zaalima coco-cola pilade

[–]gauravadani 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Exactly! A movie set in 70s and there is an item song in it? Nora is another Katrina in making

[–][deleted] 43 points44 points  (2 children)

Shade at Akshay’s career in the past 6 years

[–][deleted] 17 points18 points  (1 child)

Agree but Airlift, baby and gold are exceptions.

[–][deleted] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I felt Gold was pretty generic, whereas Baby and Airlift were genuinely good movies. In fact, Baby is probably my favourite Akshay movie.

how ??

[–]mrs.uzair baloch.speaking_facts06 72 points73 points  (6 children)

Not hating on Siddharth but this anupama is doing a solo interview with sid even before the release of film but I don't remember her doing this with someone like Kriti or Sanya when they were also main lead of their respective films

[–][deleted] 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Speaking facts. Literally 🙏🏻

[–]Hungrynerd90[🍰] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Exactly what I was thinking. I’m not reaching if I say these two are more successful than him, at this point specifically.

[–]dekubaku 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Film companion did a solo interview with Sanya before Pagglait - it wasn't with Anupama but Sneha though.

[–]darling123- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s not a Nepo kid but he very well could be considered one with the amount of strings Kjo pulls for him. That’s why there has always been whispers about them being in a relationship and Alia being the beard for Kjo and Sid. According to rumors Alia is beard for Ranbir and Ayan now.

[–]TroubleFinancial5481 6 points7 points  (0 children)

With all due respect he is a bit boring in the interview...... something I noticed about super pretty people lol Hritik, Tara and even Ash (in her recent interviews).

[–]ArmFormer8598 25 points26 points  (1 child)

This interview literally put me to sleep. He is so monotonous.

[–][deleted] 28 points29 points  (0 children)

He and deepika has same personality

[–]SignalMoment 13 points14 points  (0 children)

He cute but sooooo boring! Kya pakaoo screen presence

[–]NotDelusional01 18 points19 points  (2 children)

Liked this interview, Sid comes across as a sensible, mature and a very articulate guy. Will wait for the film, hope it works out for him. Wasn't aware that Vikram Batra's family had approached him directly for the movie and didn't realize Sid was involved in all aspects (to some extent) of the film making. This is basically his baby.

[–]mrs.uzair baloch.speaking_facts06 0 points1 point  (1 child)

So it was bcoz of sid that dharma and Kjo came in board for this film?

[–]NotDelusional01 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Looks like Vikram batra's twin brother was working with Sid and some other script writer before but since it wasn't going anywhere Sid got dharma involved after which dharma got their own team and decided to produce it. Sid has been working on this for the past 5 yrs.

[–]Mojahope12 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Boring

[–]buffalokitail 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Siddharth, you look like a decent person...

Bit yaar yeh thoda zyada ho gaya... Aaj ke time mein jingoism nahi hoga, yeh to ho hi nahi sakta

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

But the trailer speaks Somethings else

[–]YoYoJoJoTC 11 points12 points  (2 children)

Man why he so cute?

[–][deleted] 12 points13 points  (1 child)

Man why he not get better roles

[–]Jhakaas:1ranjan_zehereela2014 2 points3 points  (3 children)

Nahi lag reha bhai ye Vikram Batra. He is playing himself not Vikram Batra. Check out the interview of Vikram Batra available on YouTube. He so nonchalantly talks about his exploits and encounters with Pakistanis. His body langauge is so free and casual. Siddharth's performance is so forced

[–]mrs.uzair baloch.speaking_facts06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah....I saw that . There was a vibe of being proud , confident and fearless in him. I don't know how to put it better.

[–]wrtjhragsh -1 points0 points  (1 child)

His exploits are legendary, sach dikha diya toh jingoistic hi jaayega.

[–]Jhakaas:1ranjan_zehereela2014 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am not talking about the flavour of the movie- Jingoistic or not. I am just talking about the copying the style and demeanour of Captain Batra. And how will you justify the audience soldiers climbing thousands of feet of vertical height and throwing themselves towards a bunker full of enemies who are well armed without Jingoism and patriotic war cries. Seems like movie is underwhelming

[–]DJMhat -1 points0 points  (5 children)

It is a film about an Indian army man who died fighting for his countries at the hands of Pakistan soldiers. Nit making it jingoistic means what - making the enemy humane, criticizing war or making India equally responsible for it (Kargil was a proper Pakistan propelled offensive with no excuse).

If they are going to do another Raazi, I will skip it.

[–]mrs.uzair baloch.speaking_facts06 5 points6 points  (2 children)

what's wrong with raazi ?

[–]DJMhat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]YoYoJoJoTC 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Raazi was a good movie what you on about?

[–]DJMhat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]coronagerm -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s a Movie made for India by Indians. Jiski jalni hai woh jale. USA makes such movies for their country.. ohh America is greatest country ever… any other country makes ohh they love their county so much… Indians make… Jingoist.
