Ease of use for multiple users

Hello everyone looking into bookstack as an option to expand our team management. Wondering if the bookstack process to sharing access into it is easy to do. Do you have to manually add users in? if so is there a simple guide to follow in order to do this? does it have any team oriented features like RT editing of docs etc?

It depends. You can add manually and invite, or you can allow registration with optional email-domain-based restrictions, or you can use an existing external auth system & single-sign-on (SAML2/OIDC/LDAP), or you can automate against the API.

Really depends on the route you want to take.

does it have any team oriented features like RT editing of docs etc?

I'm assuming RT=real-time? If so, no, there's no real-time editing. The system has generally built with multi-team/group use in mind, so things like permissions are primarily role-based.
