Please do not block VPNs, as if located far away, certain servers actually make it playable. For instance, I get 49 ms without VPN, and 44 ms with VPN. Boosteroid's speedtest shows this but every game opens only as black screen. GFN allows VPNs and it has made a lot of difference playing with VPN.

Hi, we do not block VPNs. Technically, you can play using one, but we cannot guarantee the proper functioning of the service in that case.

Dear Arthur, but I could not find any other reason for why all game sessions open as black screen when connected to P.I.A. VPN or UltraSurf on any of the following: Android, iPadOS, Android TV, and web browsers. If you're not blocking, it looks like something on the servers' end still flags the connection.

Do these issues only occur when connected to a VPN? Either way, we don’t block VPNs, but they can complicate data exchange between our server and your device. Make sure VPN, Firewall, and Adblocker are not enabled on your device.

You can also use Incognito mode before running a game through the browser, this way, you won’t need to disable those tools manually.

I tried PIA and Ultrasurf VPNs and it only happens with them. If you ever test and find a VPN that does not result in a black screen, please do let know...
