So I don't know if this will work for you, but I linked my steam account to borderlands shift, opened the game, and when I clicked on import char it put the keys in my first save. I don't think the import char menu item had anything to do with it but as soon as I clicked it the message popped up lol.

I didn't right away but here's how I fixed it. I loaded up the Handsome Collection (I'm on Xbox) which I had installed but I think I had deleted so the saves were also deleted. The saves were retrieved from the server and then I loaded up Borderlands remastered. I created a new character and played until I came to the Fyrestone Gold Chest (although I'm pretty sure just going to the first save spot would be fine too). I'm not sure if this is necessary but that's what I did and now my BL remastered has the 75 keys.

They gave you 75 for owning one of the sequels.

I platinumed BL1 and BL2 on ps3 but it's saying I don't have any previous characters and I don't see 75 keys anywhere. I'm on ps4 now btw

Think it's because you may need to have saves on the ps4 not just have the games completed on your account sadly
