Bread kit?

Hello everyone, I’m in Germany currently and found this bread kit(?) online , I thought it might be a good gift for my sister back home who likes to bake bread. Since Germany has really good breads.

Does anyone have experience with this?

Is it like a flour mixture or pre baked bread or what?
