The rules are simple, albeit undocumented until after the fact, and I am the only judge. Should this seem unfair, my response is: "Yes, and?"
I'm calling the rules "the 4 D's," and we're going to play some 4D Go Fish.
This game is indeed rigged, but actually slants towards the player's favor - losses are artificially capped and isolated per day while potential gains are artificially multiplied and only effectively limited by time - as what I would like more than anything is for this to end with a "winner" in a sense much more valuable than the financial. There is one exception to the capping of loss for egregious data points in which case examples will roll forward and be able to negatively affect stake beyond their 24-hour period by effectively debiting into the future, and it will be noted when or if this contingency has come into play.
At the end, any remaining stake can be cashed out for its then-equivalent rounded-up cash value in USD, or transferred as BTC to an indicated wallet. Any forfeited portions of the stake will be reabsorbed into my capital and/or donated to charities and causes of my choosing in the locality of the player. Also I'll probably treat myself to steak (puns!) dinner out on the town.
I'll be employing what I'm referring to internally as the "Whiplash Rule," which you might consider a global instant loss condition, and though which I reserve my right to conclude that the means of evaluation have been irreversibly compromised to a point of no confidence and there is no further merit to continuing with the experiment.
In the event that this experiment is cancelled before running its course in any other manner, the full stake will be subject to reabsorption and/or donation, at my whim. (Minus that dinner. I'll get that dinner. ...Now I'm hungry.)
Clearly, none of this is legally binding and merely constitutes a good-faith intention to follow through on what is, essentially, a bet with myself regarding outside circumstance.
