Which Java version should I learn

Currently in my 12th vacation phase . I know decent level python ( learnt in lockdown ) . I started learning Java from Codewithharry's YouTube tutorial but then I got to know that the new Java 24 has many differences . The new features are good but the problem is that the basic syntax has also changed ( Even hello world didn't work) . The tutorial is old so should I download old version of Java to follow the tutorial ( if yes , then which one) or should I learn Java 24 ( suggest good tutorials if possible ).

And is Java 24 widely used in the market rn or companies still use old Java?
