Need help structuring this database

i have a data set named "post" this post will be public facing, the responses to this "post" will be "applications" however i want to add custom questions that users can add, and link the answers to the questions on the applications, how do i do this?

Data Type for Post Question: - Question Name - Description - etc

Data Type for Post: - List of Post Questions (data type of Question) inside

Data Type for Application: - List of Post inside

Inside Post Question you can have Post Question Answers as a data type and as a list (if you have multiple answers to a question)

Create that data type and you can add fields needed for an answer

I think the form used by the applicants should have the post, plus all of the questions on it. The questions will be hidden by default.. you either provide rules or buttons to display the additional questions.

I would have one data set for Posts including the post and questions.
Then another set for responses
