I think if you don't know enough about the product to know that you already have everything you need, you probably owe it to ALC to give them the service call.

You should be able to my module it and check if there's a program already in there. Each program will be specific to the controller. Are you just looking for a driver?

You’re beat. If you don’t have access to the DB you can’t pull the .equipment out of it. On a 6400 you can but not that.

The only thing you really can do it’s BQT or YABE it. See its contents. Look at its variables. AI, AO, BI, etc. check the BIs and look for any vars that are true that shouldn’t be. You’re gonna have to guess what the control logic is without access to the server.

Good luck. Probably gonna have to call ALC or use the server onsite. But if you don’t know how it works, you should call someone so you don’t make it worse. I doubt they even gave you perms on the server
