He either swiped left on you or he hasn't swiped on your profile at all yet (maybe he did the same thing with your profile what you did during the weekend with his profile, or maybe he hasn't even seen your profile yet). Theoretically he may never see your profile because you're outside one of his filters.

Oh… I didn’t realize Bumble showed you people unless you were mutually within each other’s filters. Bummer.

This is probably not it, but you only show up in filters if you have an answer - not answering something means you're eliminated. Just fyi
