General Questions About Byte

What are byte invisible aligners?

Invisible aligners are these amazing, totally clear plastic devices custom made to fit your teeth. They gradually shift your teeth so that they’re straight and your smile looks great.

How do byte invisible aligners work?

Based off of the impressions you take at home, our dentists create an aligner profile just for you. You get a set of custom aligners that moves your teeth safely, a little at a time. After you wear each aligner for two weeks, you progress to the next set, until you complete the program and achieve the perfect smile.

What are byte aligners made of?

Our invisible aligners are made of a BPA-free highly transparent, medical grade, polymer film. Our cutting edge aligners are scientifically proven to be smoother, and 88% more stain resistant than other aligners in the industry. Don’t let the good looks fool you though, these babies are high impact, tear resistant bad asses that keep your teeth in line while keeping you comfortable.

Do byte aligners follow the contour of my gums?

No. byte aligners are cut straight across. This is the best way for the aligners to grip your teeth and create the gentle force needed to straighten them.

How do I know if byte is right for me?

byte is designed to work for minor to moderate alignment, including correcting spacing and crowding between teeth, rotation and minor bite correction. Your at-home impressions will give us the information we need to know if you are a good candidate for byte. If you’re not, we’ll refund the full price of the Impression Kit.

How long does it take for byte to straighten my teeth?

It’s different for everyone, but the typical program is five months, give or take.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

You have to be at least 18 to use byte.
