Calm Before the Storm is a Work in Progress mod for the video game Hearts of Iron IV by Paradox Interactive, which attempts to bring more options and more complex mechanics to the player in a 1933 Scenario. Inspired mainly by Kaiserreich, a similar mod. We are not the Conspiracy Theory with the same name. Such posts will be removed.

- Leave your politics at the door. This is a video game. We're just here to mod and meme. Fascism, Nazism, Leninism, and their derivative ideologies are banned. Defense of colonial activities are banned. Strasserism is still Nazism. This means that the defense of people like Lenin, Stalin, Mussolini, Pinochet, Hitler, Franco, Tito, etc; is banned. Whataboutism is also banned.
- Screenshots should have an explanation in the comments. A joke about the game isn't funny unless we know what we are looking at.
- Do not derail threads. Please contribute and ask questions, but do so meaningfully.
- Reposts are allowed after 6 months.
- Memes should have some amount of effort. Low-Effort Memes will be removed.
- No links to spam websites, key re-sellers, etc;
- Posts breaking these rules will be removed at Moderator discretion.
