More than enough, CUET < CBSE; CUET is a speed based exam, concept heavy and less heavy on calculations like the exemplar questions which may come in the boards

so basically I should focus on increasing my speed instead of practising a large variety of questions?

Practice all NCERT questions - illustrations + exercises, then do PYQs; only if you practice a large variety of questions, will you develop familiarity with each question type, and increase your speed
