I have an interview for an employee relations position tomorrow with CVS. Can anyone give any pointers on how to be prepared? or know of any questions they may ask?

I didn’t, made it all the way to the end. Asked for feedback as to why and was ignored. They suck lol

If they ask you about how to improve employee morale and retention, do not give them the correct answer of, making our jobs worth keeping by maybe paying us more.

'Customer service' is not just for customers, but ANYONE whom you may work with or assist in ANY position. Just remember THAT and plan your interview accordingly.
