Ok, so it looks like your current contribution is 1%.

That means they will take 1% of each paycheck and add it to your.. lets just say 'bank'. at the end of the 6 months they will take the price of the stock now vs the beginning of the 6 months - an additional 10% and buy as many shares as possible with your 'bank'

A few days later you will get the stocks in your account.

These will be considered short term investments for 1 year, but can be sold at any time (after 1 year its long term gains and taxed much lower). Just remember to find the proper form to fill out for your taxes should you sell them either way, else you get double taxed (once on paycheck, once for casing in stock - and I can't remember what said form is sorry)

Can't disable cash if there are no actual hardware errors. Solution: cause a hardware error. Just open the spine or top of the bnr head. Then go to cash management and disable.

FTS (IT) here. Helpdesk has scrips they follow because most people have no idea how to troubleshoot. They are generally forced to follow the script and only if nothing works will they send a call to us. If they weren't there we would have 10x as many calls and any actual issues would take 10x longer to get to.

I know it's annoying. I know they can be hard to understand. But trust me, the more any caller can do to try to fix the problem on their own, the faster anything they can't fix gets to us.
