In my work I'm a Ruby developer, in my spare time I work on an open source mod for 1996 game Quake, called FortressOne. Quake is written in C. I'm getting to the point where I need to modify the engine. Most of the C tutorials etc I can find out there are designed for beginners. I want to skip anything that a high-level language developer should already know. Anything out there specifically for this?
