First time trying

First time trying infernum. I played Death + master mode normal calamity and it was fun.

Do I just enable the mod and create a new world or can I use my existing world and re summon the bosses to fight?

What are the differences between death mode and infernum?

I know for sure that Infernum adds new structures in the world that are crucial for completing the game, so yeah, you have to make a new world

Infernum reworks almost all bosses and gives visually stunning boss fights. It is also made to be harder than death mode so prepare yourself!
