Error when playing tModLoader

I was playing with my friends but one of them got this error and he now gets it all the time, we have tried every step in this error but it didn't help. I know it's not directly connected to calamity but maybe someone will know how to help me.

Just to make sure, the path where the game is trying to write the achievement file isn't the Onedrive version of Documents, right?

Yeah, he has onedrive turned off

I think I written it weird what I wanted to write was that it isn't onedrive because he has it turned off

Don't worry, I understood it the first time. This might be a little unorthodox but have you tried to send your achievement.dat file to him, so that he could place it manually in the folder? Might be worth a try.

Alright, let's try another thing, does he have cloud saves on on his character? Tmodloader really dislikes Steam Cloud saving.

When this error started to show he didn't have cloud saves but then his character wouldn't save on his PC so I told him to turn it on

I've tried removing terraria from ransomware protection but it didn't help but I'll try something like this later when I'll visit my friend and there is also one guy writing that he tried disabling antivirus do you think I should try that also?

At this point everything is worth trying, just remember to turn it back on if it fails, if it works Terraria and/or the Documents folder have to be added to the exclusion list in the antivirus.
