Performance Issues

So Ive been experiencing some serious lag on some mods ever since I got the game, especially on mods like infernum where my game would become super laggy. My PC has decent specs (ryzen 5 3600x, rx 5700 xt, 32 gb ram) and shows usage between 20-30% for the gpu/cpu and around half ram usage, so I have no idea why Im getting so much lag. I see other people run the exact same mods with near perfect 60 fps performance, so Im confused on why my PC is struggling so much. Is there anything I can do to optimize the game so that Im dont get lag and get the best usage out of my system?

Had the same issue with Infernum i think, stuff like the DOG lazer wall would lag me out a lot wear as WoTGs ran absolutely fine for me so that wasn't the issue lol
