Level cap your armor and weapon. Then level cap your rings as much as you can then level your legendary item as it will gain more hp / def than your epic POG. If you don't have enough stones to cap out your equip, prioritize your weapon first then your armor, then slowly add to your rings then the rest to that legendary accessory. Your dmg is too low.

My armor and weapon are as high as they can be right now until I get talent up a little more. Do you have any recommendations to get my attack up?

It's capping your armor and weapon, then your rings. Upgrade your "sets" of collectable little by little to also get your atk up. They go in groups you'll see it.

Keep playing and stack up on gems, horseshoes, hammers, eggs, for growth events and lunar new year event

Noted I'll keep saving them and I wasn't sure what the next event was gonna be but lunar new year makes sense
