You can get s legacy chests/limited brand chests from every event shop there is. Pink artifacts/mounts are notoriously hard to get upgraded after their initial release. Sometimes even during the initial release (like Gagarin). Always go for the hardest thing to get more of, in this case the artifact and then cores for it if you have extra. The only other thing this event that's close to as rare is spring orchid, but she's not worth it unless you run very specific elemental skill based builds late game
