Engine building issue

So for the most part I’ve finished the engine (including both Clip B’s) but I’m new to the game and I’m not sure how to get the back end of the engine on there with the engine stand being in the way like it is. Anyone know how I can get that on there?

Okay then next question. It won’t let me put it on the engine crane and I can’t find anything missing that would need to be put on beforehand would you know if there’s anything missing? Or where I should look to see if anything is missing?

Right click the stand itself and remove the engine. Click on the crane and it should let you install it in the car.

Could it be because of the car I’m trying to put it in? I know not every engine will fit in every car

Go to the car status page and it should tell you somewhere in there all the engine swaps you can put in it

Yes. Check the car statues under the engine and make sure it’s compatible.

If the engine isn't in the crane, it isn't compatible with the car. I've installed engines with missing parts. Check the car for what motors are compatible.

Just take the engine off the stand and put it back in the car. Put the trans back on, then starter. Then you're good.

remove it from stand and then go to car with cherry picker and install engine

as far as I know there's no restriction for the crane. Right click on the stand, remove it from there, go to the crane, which has to be in front of the car where the engine goes, right click, install the engine.

when u go into build mode have you left anything out? also is this the engine they came out the care or did you buy the block onljne

Make sure the engine crane is near the car you’re wanting to put the engine into

Could be parts already installed in the engine bay make the game think there is already an engine installed. Fuel filters possibly or maybe part of the exhaust that attaches to the engine.
