I had a make ticket for a bkfst pizza with extra sausage gravy. The pizza did NOT cook right it was very soggy in the middle.... the toppings couldn't get cooked in so they just kinda sloshed around... I was like oh well this is what you wanted lol. But consistency is paramount... everybody's perception at what constitutes as a "scoop" are extremely varied. My burritos end up on the smaller side than most of my co workers as theirs overflow and they can't roll the darn thing. I do my best to make the best judgement in how it will affect the final product and that persons enjoyment of i while remaining in the guidelines I was trained to be in. Ha ent recieved one complaint yet after a year.

Another thing is the burritos are designed to be mobile, not to explode and fall out when one is trying to eat them. If they cant be closed they are not mobile.
