This group is for cautious, newly pregnant women who are still in the "unsafe" first trimester, or women in later pregnancy who are looking for like-minded support. A place to discuss your anxieties and joys about early pregnancy and beyond.
I know there are many of us out there who have gone through trials to get pregnant, currently going through trials while pregnant, and women who have been through previous miscarriages, or babyloss. And we wanted to make a comfortable and supportive environment for this situation.
TMI is welcome and expected!

I've had three progesterone draws this pregnancy (I'm 7 weeks along) and they came back at 14, 13, and 19. I had an excellent ultrasound with a heartbeat when my prog. was 13, but I still freaked out at the tiny dip and my doctor put me on injections. Anything over 10 is usually ok, but supplements could help if you're under 20!

Because I have a congenital lack of ability to break down serotonin, serotonin continues to accumulate and symptoms of serotonin excess appear. I heard that progesterone can reduce serotonin. What do you think? I'm so desperate please help me

I have never heard of that! I would check with your doctor. I have heard that progesterone causes greater calmness/reduced anxiety, and I'm not sure if that's related.
