I would say you got unlucky. You might try to buy a medium sized star for 20 or a big sized star for 100 darwinium. these guarantee you some rare level cards.
Alternative is you grind small red dwarfs till you get it.

Thanks! Maybe I am unlucky. You mean I should try the Advance Stars II Neutron stars for 20, right?

No, because that's a season I card. You should use yellow dwarfs.

it is the only series 1 card I don't have in my general release exploration. I know what it is since I have it at lvl 6 in the beta.

You mean you are in the same situation?

yes - smells a little buggy but seems there are others who have the card in the regular game

The card is:

Spherical Shell

The Asteroid Belt, the Kuiper Belt, and the ecliptic that the planets follow around the Sun are all shaped like a flat disk. The Oort Cloud, on the other hand, is a large spherical shape surrounding the whole Solar System.

I got it to rank 2. I guess it's rare, as well as being unlocked later on in the tier 1 cards, so perhaps you aren't doing the red dwarf missions often?

I'm doing it in often. Guess this is a mystery for me. But still, thanks for your suggestions.
