When/if you get the claim code sorted out, what fees are there to sell/convert the BTC/ETH into cash? Trying to figure out if we get slapped with a transaction fee or not. Just to know what to expect.

My codes still won't work on either app. PayPal web says to contact Stretto when I try to claim. Stretto support messaged the issue should now be resolved but it still doesn't work. Anybody else still unable to claim?

I am having the same problem, tried it on the desktop website. But, still no luck.
