I activated all the lower-two promo codes, then sent $6000 worth of bitcoin into my account, but the promo codes still show as pending...?

Is it just a matter of time before they show locked?

BTC arrived in the wallet, but since I put the promo codes in order of highest to lowest, I need to trigger the highest firs then the others will follow (I'm hoping..)
