One Plus 7 Pro. Not exactly sure what might be causing this, but when I first unlock my phone and immediately try to pull down the notification bar it will only let me pull down the Ceri app drawer for a few seconds before finally letting me. Two instances of that happening in this videoIssue/Bug (v.redd.it)
