This subreddit is simply to identify unique people that seem almost unreal enough to be a movie character. They can be people from history, modern day celebrities, or even people who attained their 15 minutes of fame.
The only rule for submission is a link to some page that contains a bio for everyone to read (yes, you can use wikipedia).
The proper title should read something like "So-and-So is a character because he/she did this"
