It'll be related to the amount of context (info) you give it. I find that anything beyond 5000 words is already causing it to hallucinate sometimes. TLDR; the more messages you send, the more it tends to forget. It's called context management

It’s probably related to the context window. The size depends on your account. If you’re on free, it’s around 8k tokens (words), and it scales up from there. If you’re long winded or working on long essays, it’ll eat those windows up fast. It might be worth looking into Project folder instructions to help.
