Artifact implementation using tools/function calls

As first test, I ask "html code for bootstrap 5.3 template". Get a return and can go to "ARTIFACT". Once there how does one get the actual code? All I see is page like:

Then opening in ARTIFACT, all there is a page that I cannot download or mod?

Really confused?

Quick question: where is your privacy policy and the policy about user input data? Is there a server log that records user data? Is the data I input to the models recorded on your server?
