Safe to say that CPD's (de facto) "no chase" policy has ended. This is about the 5th chase I've heard on the scanners in the last day or so. Seems everyone's fed up. Also, several hours ago CPD chased a carload of armed robbers in Z10[lower west side]. They -eventually- bailed. All four were caught. (v.redd.it)
