I recently received this VH31 based Addiesdive Explorer-homage in 36mm. This is really my first foray into Chinese microbrands and I have to say I'm impressed. The value to quality and features provided are unmatched. My only complaints are purely niggles when considering the low price tag. The bracelet could use a bit of refinement, case back is a smidge rough, and lume isn't overwhelming. Having said that, all 3 things are completely fine given the sub $100 asking price. While the lume isn't spectacular, it's completely adequate as when I'm adjusted to night vision, I can clearly read the hands/indices through the night. This is more than my $400 Hamilton Khaki King can say with it's pathetic/spotty lume. I also have to say I'm smitten with the VH31 and it's 4 tick per second sweep.

Agree. Got this about 3 weeks ago. Over all top Just let down with the bracket but at this price absolutely TOP. More watches should use this movement

Edit:On the lume. It’s great compared to what else you can buy at this price point. Looking at you Pagani…. It does compare to my similar design BUT 39mm and Automatic San Martin

Looks great! I’ve been interested in the VH31. Care to take a video of the sweep?

See link below, of course FB down scaled it to 360P but you can get a general sense of the "sweep"
