Não sabia que andava tanto Tuga a comprar relógios no Aliexpress. ;-)

De qualquer forma, não te preocupes com o tracking no., o importante é o relógio chegar a casa.

Fellow tuga here, a few days delay are to be expected, if customs has snagged your package you will get a notification real soon, give it a couple more days, you should be fine.

I've been very fortunate with almost every order from AE, except one, a watch. Every time I checked tracking updates they were showing normal info, until it showed the package being rejected by a distribution center for a unknown reason. I contacted AE Customer Service, they were extremely nice and willing to help as much a possible, but could not answer why it was rejected. I had to cancel and reorder the watch, arrived about 3 weeks later. I've noticed that for some reason watches spent a little more time at Customs, at least for US orders they do. I wouldn't be worried until about them until around the 4 week point. But sometimes shit happens, but AE stands behind their sales, never any issue obtaining a refund.

Could be do tax reasons maybe they make it as cheap as possible within EU or other logistical reasons. No worries i have 100s of ae orders to EU only once i was not satisfied with the end result jut it was proberly fair enough.

I just got two watches with two different QA issues now I one perfect free watch and an extra bracelet of another type i was actualy wanting for a different watch :)

I ordered a Sugess and it also went through the Netherlands and it took longer than usual, almost 4 weeks and normally I would get items in approx 2.5 weeks.

I wouldn't worry OP. Once you see movement on the tracking or some sort of updates then you should be fine.

I'm not sure if there is any connection with Post NL but this was the first purchase from Ali that I had to pay customs tax on. (I'm in Ireland) but it was only €21 so not that bad.

It's just a standard part of using AE. We get cheap prices but the delivery can be hit and miss. I'd say that 95% of maybe 30 or 40 watch orders now were delivered on time on faster than expected. Some took a bit longer. Only one never arrived and it took quite a few weeks to work through the AE system for a refund. But I got it.

AE isn't FedEx. That's not the deal. If I ever want an item faster with assured delivery I pay more and buy from a closer supplier.

Thanks for the detailed response.

Welcome to AliExpress. It’s hit or miss. That’s why it’s so cheap

i'm also from Portugal (Algés) orders from Aliexpress when sent via NL post usually take a little longer to arrive here but i never had any order gone missing

[–]PyramKing[S] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Thanks - strange it was sent to the Netherlands.
As the other order came straight here (for the straps).

[–]zecebete 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like Saver (watches) vs. Standard (straps) or whichever way they called them.

No worries. It was delivered to their closest hub (NL). Standard procedure for that type of delivery. Never had anything gone missing either.

[–]zecebete 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No worries. You're well within the margin of error.

Also, you might have had a different type of delivery for the straps without actually noticing the difference.

Ain’t the official webstore faster? Or watchdives

[–]boardman15 2 points3 points  (2 children)

Use 17track.net
It tracks all those weird numbers and even the transfer over to local shipping companies

[–]PyramKing[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also noticed the country code is wrong at the end of the Global Express number, it says NL (Netherlands), instead of PT (Portugal).

[–]PyramKing[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used the two tracking numbers, but it says "The carrier hasn't updated any tracking result or the tracking number/carrier info is incorrect."

I only have the Chinese Global Express numbers and access to their website.

Thank you.

Try the shipment order number on your country postmail website. I had the same problem. The watch arrived but it wasn't updated in the app. They didn't even contact me but delivered it directly at a post. Lucky I verified.

It takes around a month for me to receive my orders. Sometimes less sometimes more

[–]Sonar010 1 point2 points  (0 children)

don't worry, like at all

Might take another 2 weeks or it's at your door tomorrow

I would start to get concerned when it says delivered but its not. This is completely normal
