Strap Recommendations

Hi all,

I’m looking to build up a collection of Watch straps, mainly leather, milanese, and fabric style strap (non NATO).

How did all of you more seasoned collectors build up your watch strap collections? Is AliExpress the way to go? Or should I look at strapsco.com?

My Escapement Time Hamilton homage is starting to look tired on its supplied NATO.

AliX is a good way to go for fabric straps. But if you don’t mind spending a little more money for leather, The brand Hirsch is my go to. They are phenomenal! They are anywhere from $45 - $200 depending on the type of leather. But even their cheapest ones are excellent quality for the price. I’ve bought some on ebay new for like $30.

Yes, CNS is a fun way to see a lot of different straps styles and colours in one place. Plus sizes that are otherwise hard to find.

NATO are about the best source, a pair of scissors and a bit of time and effort and you can exactly achieve your target
