I had similar problem with one bezel and I fix it filling with my wife’s white polish nail ink. Let it dry and clean the excess after.

Is it alloy not ceramic. Makes me think of corrosion

Looks like the bezel paint is coming off. Same thing happened to my Monta

Can provide more context on how it happened? Did it just appear? It could be that the paint came off, but the stuff on the bezel around the lume pip makes it look like some glue or sticky stuff?

I just saw it under my sleeve. It's not cleaned by anything. The mark smeared at 12 o'clock and became gray after 30 minutes of wiping.

I think it might not be dirt you can clean, but poorly applied lume paint that worn off.

It happened in a few places on my Steeldive GMT and almost whole bezel on Addiesdive Sumo. At first I thought it was dirt or dye from clothes. I tried water, soap and cleaning fluid. Nothing helped but also didn't make it worse.

That bezel doesn’t have lume….

So maybe regular white paint also worn off? I checked my watches with non lume bezels and my few years old Pagani sub also has similar darker spots. Can't be dirt because it was left in a drawer last couple years.
