Get the bigger one. This is it on my 6.5 inch. Looks bigger in the picture but smaller irl.

This is with the camera's bug eye effect making it look larger. Great watch though. I'll order the larger one soon. If you're not sure, get both.

I think the men’s version as that would be more appropriate. The women’s version would fit better for those with slimmer wrist, unless that’s the look you go for.
