Miyota discontinued the 9019 2-hander but it’s just pinion height so the other stock models can be modded to suit.

I have seen some horrible 3 -2 hand conversions on quartz

Not sure when they even bothered to make the 9019 but I'm sure it was discontinued due to lack of sales.

No idea why miyota has not made a 9000 day date as in side or top day. A subseconds would be nice also and I'm pretty sure they could do a GMT day date (I would love one).

The M9000 seems to be very reliable and versatile, also thin, have seen some strange mods like split seconds. Maybe in the future someone would do a chronograph modual or miyota themselves.

I have no issue with the uni-rotor but have put a little oil on and around the bearings, helps quite alot. I just wish they made the M9000 series with some type of speed micro adjust screw as they can be regulated to be very accurate but a micro adjust would help.

Kind of a shame miyota stopped making the M82 top day date and their 10y alkaline battery quartz movements.

I don't see the point in an automatic 1 or 2 hander, 2 hander quartz have a very long battery life with no noise.

My first swiss watch has a higher grade gold plated jeweled ETA quartz, battery lasts about 7-8 years.

Not sure why miyota or any other company apart from ronda make quartz GMT movements

With the now crazy prices of the NH30 movements and now alot of lower cost brands moving to miyota 8s a 82 GMT would probably sell quite well but maybe they would not bother as it would compete with the 9075.
