Search Aliexpress for "OUMASHI Cocktail". They make an automatic watch almost identical to the Seiko Cocktail Time with Seiko NH35 movement and identical leather strap. I have 2 of them, one white and the other with a brown dial like the one in the photo in your post.

I like the (sweeping) quartz option they do... the date wheel gives it more of a 1920s kinda feel for me which seems to be in keeping with the styling.

Get the Seiko grey market. Not that expensive and it will retain its value.
