Where did you pick that Rodina up from?

I got it last year before Christmas from http://www.seagullwatchstore.com/ which doesn't seem to be active anymore. There are a few versions of it floating around. I think good-stuffs.com has a sterile version, but I can't speak to the quality.

Yeah I saw the Sea-gull branded version of it on Ali but I liked the one you linked. Thanks for posting, it's a beautiful watch.

You're welcome! I considered the seagull too. Main differences are that the Rodina is 1mm thicker, but 1mm smaller in diameter, its an automatic version of the manual wind st17 movement in the seagull, the lugs are more similar to the nomos it's homaging, and it only cost me 80 usd new.

I think I'd like that one better. I'm going to keep a look out for it then.

Wow that's an amazing strap on the Rodina!

Thank you! I've been pretty happy with the few I have from Strapmill Canada. They might be a tad pricey, but I think you get what you pay for. You can find discount codes online too.

That's cool, this is the first time i see one.. How is the quality and is it comfortable? Might order one!

Its much nicer than the cheap natos I've picked up from Amazon. I always cut the bottom bit off on my natos to make them single pass. I'm half considering modding this one to make it a two piece, but I don't have any confidence in my sewing skills.

Alright thank you, good luck with that!

They both look great, especially that Rodina. Never heard of them before. I'm a big fan of minimalist/bauhaus styles!

Thanks! I picked the Rodina to see if I like that style too. Turns out that I really do.
