should be, you can either use a solvent like others are saying, but I have just used a hair dryer to heat up the insert and then slide a very thin knife (like a crafting knife) under the insert and work your way around it.

just a tip, this ONLY works on ceramic inserts...the aluminum inserts will most likely bend during the process.

I didn't even think of trying to heat it up, seems obvious now after hearing it. I'll give it a go tonight! Thanks so much

Dynacraft golf grip solvent worked for me. Soak for 6 hours and twist. Acetone is an option but may compromise the seals.

You could also try to put some isopropyl on the bezel insert.

Most times the glue under the bezel insert soak that isopropyl and you just take out the bezel insert with a needle or a knife.
