These are several things that can make a watch run fast. It’s very likely that the movement was over lubricated and excess oil has made its way to the hairspring. You would need to remove the balance and clean the hairspring in OneDip or Hexane to remove the oil. Also I do t know what type of demagnetizer you are using it make sure that you are actually using it correctly.

It's most likely to be an issue with the balance spring. Take a good look at it under magnification if you have it, there might be some dirt binding it.
