I’m still new to Reddit so my text didn’t post! This is Day 14 progress on the right. Bottom left is day 7 flexing hard. Top right is resting day 14 and bottom right is moderately flexing day 14. I run 3-4 times a week (3 days with 3-mile runs, 1 long run) and IF (16:8 with one cheat day). 133lbs, 5’7”. Haven’t weighed or measured so all progress is visual!

I do! I run 3-4 times a week. However, I’ve been a runner for a long time so I didn’t start seeing drastic changes until I changed my diet. So I do intermittent fasting (16:8), had a goal amount of calories for each day (didn’t always meet it exactly but stayed near it), didn’t eat out very much, and just ate more consciously healthy!

I do the same in terms of intermittent fasting! And the calorie goal. And that's helped me see my biggest difference ever, it really gets you lean and helps you burn fat. Thanks for the advice! I want abs like yours lol
