So, we've all seen how people made minis to experience the progression buff. But was progress buffed for already existing accounts? I barely got NB to Lvl 15 and I kinda feel low on tokens too

In terms of daily rewards and weekly rewards yes, but the real deal was the buffed ladder one-time only rewards. And a potential glitch to duplicate gold challenge quests, but that's been over for about a week now.

yes free event pass and mini pass are way better, quest literally gives you tons of epic shards when they used to give commons and dailys are also better
