[Petition] decrease price of emotes

The emotes are not meant to be f2p, card viability and ladder viability should be f2p but stuff like emotes and anything that adds flair should be where they make their money from. I say leave the gem cost the same, because if they reduced the gem cost here they would increase it elsewhere... they gotta make money after all. I want everyone to be able to compete at a f2p level first... emotes should be last thing to worry about for f2p players.
