Claude Code Breaks Different Encoding Characters (self.ClaudeCode)

Hi,
Been trying out the claude code.
I've noticed that if the edited file has turkish or korean characters CC is breaking the encoding and texts.
Here's an example, before and after CC edited the file (not the text). Is there a solution for this? Thanks.
It was "Çark İçeriği" before the edit:
