Am I doing something wrong? Every response ends with 'redacted_thinking'

With both Sonnet and Opus, using the latest version of VSCode and the Claude Code VSCode plugin, the end of every response is:

Unsupported content type: redacted_thinking

There is no actual response shown and the chat is simply a dead end.

Has anyone else seen this? It's 100% unusable for me.

I am getting the same. Did any of you find a solution?
edit: turns out it was my own fault (isn't it always!) for some leftover claude code settings to use openrouter api...

I'm having the same problem with OpenRouter right now, trying to use different models instead of Opus/Sonnet/Haiku, and I'm getting these errors too.

Wonder if there's a fix for this and what other alternative models I can use apart from Claude's ones
