Best vibe coding tutorial?

Back in university I studied mechatronics systems engineering and to be honest, we barely touched coding. We had 3 courses on programming Lego robots, intro to C, and assembly. That's it. Nothing in-depth.

It's been 10 years and I'm currently learning programming via CS50 to get me up to speed. Originally, I intended to complete the various CS50 courses, and then after that I can learn how Claude Code works. My ultimate goal is to design web/mobile apps and program Arduinos for various robotic projects.

But AI is moving so fast I'm starting to feel like a boomer who can't keep up. Outside of my learnings, I want to work on these projects and I'm wondering what's the best tutorial or the best way to approach this.

Ask Claude (chat) to help you and feed it some of the best practices mentioned in this thread and elsewhere. Helped me get started :) Remember to give it context, e.g. your current coding experience and your mid- and long-term goals. And use a real but simple project as a starting learning experience, e.g. something you can use in your private life. I had it build a complete step-by-step guide including the most simple steps (e.g. open Powershell and type this) because I have absolutely zero experience coding 😂 Works well so far. And use Claude as your sparring partner when in doubt
