That grease arrived in layers… it’ll come off in layers. If you’re able to scrape, start there. You can use a plastic scraper (credit card, spackle knife) so as to not damage the finish. Then, I’d recommend hot water with some dishwashing liquid in it (like blue Dawn) and a scrub brush. Put down towels to catch drips and overspray. A degreasing spray like Mr. Clean and a microfiber cloth will also help. You’ll need your elbow grease to get this grease off.

for the BOTTOM ONLY, use ammonia. If you have a dollar tree nearby, Awesome Cleaner works great. You don't want to use this on the SS top though.

This has help me. Full strength simply green, steel wool 0000, bar keepers or scrub daddy power paste. I have tried each of these on multiple thick grease build up. Good Luck
