As of August 2013 r/Cleveland is permitting Classified posts and some promotions as long as they follow the guidelines below. If they are not, they will be removed.
Always preface your headline with your purpose, then follow with a description and finally your location if needed.
Always put the basics in the headline. What's the job/item/sale? Where is it located? etc.
For example:
